Healing Earth Guest Amenities.
We switched to an eco-conscious, biodegradable aromatherapy collection of in-room amenities, offered in recyclable and biodegradable packaging, minimising traditional single use plastic.
Please do not remove from the rooms. We offer the products in your bathroom for sale at reception.
Air Conditioning in your Room:
Your room is equipped with an individually regulated air-conditioning unit, providing heating and cooling. Please contact reception if you need assistance operating your air-conditioner.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room in the Manor House between the hours of 7am and 10am. Monday to Saturday. Sundays until 10:30am.

Check-in & check-out:
Rooms are ready for occupation by 14h00 and guests are kindly requested to vacate the room by 11h00. Should you wish to vacate the room a little later, please enquire at reception to find out if it will be possible.
In some instances, a dayroom charge of R450.00 may be applicable.

Cattle Baron Grill & Bistro is conveniently located on the premises.
Reservations can be made by dialing 300 or enquire at the reception desk.

Duke’s Bar:

Safety Deposit Box:
To ensure that only our guests have access to the use of the safe in their rooms, a safe key must be issued to the guest personally. Please enquire at reception.
A fee of R50.00 will be debited to your room account when the key is issued.
The charges will be credited once the key is returned.

All guests staying at the Cottage rooms, please ensure that the front gate is locked. We recommend guests to walk in Pontac Street in the day time and avoid walking at night.
